Coil Line Operator - Manufacturing
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19/hour + $2 night differential
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am
- Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do
- Operate and support the steel coil processing line
- Load, stage, and move coils and finished material safely
- Set up equipment per work orders and specifications
- Monitor line operation for quality, safety, and efficiency
- Inspect material for defects and accuracy
- Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO’s), blueprints, and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred (coil line or metal processing a plus)
- Ability to read work orders and basic blueprints
- Comfortable working around heavy material and moving equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred (or willingness to train)
Work Environment
- Hands-on manufacturing setting
- Standing and walking throughout shift
- Working with steel, machinery, and material handling equipment
