Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am
Occasional overtime on Fridays based on production needs.

Qualifications
What You'll Do
As an Assembler, you'll assemble quality products using hand, power, and air tools while following manufacturing orders, blueprints, and work instructions. You'll work with a team dedicated to producing dependable products safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components and finished products according to manufacturing orders and blueprints.
Read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
Verify parts, hardware, and materials before and during assembly.
Use measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment.
Perform visual quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
Safely handle materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Operate a forklift after certification, when required.
Assist other departments as needed.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required-we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
Regularly perform repetitive tasks.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with heavier lifting as needed.
Bend, reach, kneel, squat, and perform other physical activities in a manufacturing environment.
Work safely while using hand, power, and air tools.
