Schedule
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day and Night shift available)
- Overtime: As required based on business needs
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Overtime Eligible)

What You’ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Read equipment manuals and manufacturing prints to complete repairs accurately
- Document maintenance activities and completed work
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
- Support production operations to minimize downtime
- Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance background a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing environment with moderate noise
- Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, manlifts, and other equipment
- Repetitive tasks and hands-on technical work throughout the shift
