Pay & Schedule
- Pay: Up to $22
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Overtime: As required based on business needs
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly

What You’ll Do
- Track and maintain paperwork for each semi-trailer shipment
- Process and ship direct orders once invoiced
- Direct drivers and customers to the correct facility for loading and unloading
- Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate shipment records
- Print, manage, and update orders in the order management system
- Answer general shipping and receiving phone calls
- Communicate with suppliers regarding hardware needs and lead times
- Receive and process Fastenal and other hardware deliveries
- Download, organize, and scan shipment photos and paperwork daily for Accounting
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required
- Logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
