We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple facilities while supporting safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, prioritizing maintenance activities, improving equipment reliability, and responding quickly to operational issues that impact production.

This is a hands-on leadership role where strong communication, problem-solving, and technical knowledge are essential.

What You’ll Do

Maintenance Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations across multiple facilities
  • Supervise, schedule, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
  • Prioritize maintenance activities based on operational impact and production needs
  • Support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations


Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Operations

  • Coordinate corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities
  • Improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime
  • Respond to critical equipment failures and operational disruptions
  • Support troubleshooting, repairs, and hands-on maintenance activities when needed


Team Development & Accountability

  • Establish clear expectations for safety, responsiveness, workmanship, and professionalism
  • Lead communication and accountability meetings with maintenance staff
  • Support employee coaching, performance management, and development
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce company safety standards


Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage work orders, maintenance records, and CMMS documentation
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, backlog, and response times
  • Support process improvements related to reliability, efficiency, and inventory management
  • Coordinate with production, vendors, contractors, and leadership teams


Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, and safety policies
  • Identify hazards and support corrective actions
  • Ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory standards


Qualifications

What You Bring

  • High school diploma/GED plus relevant maintenance experience or apprenticeship training
  • AA/AS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance Technology preferred
  • 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial equipment systems
  • Experience with CMMS software (Maintenance Connection a plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational demands


Work Environment & Expectations

This is an active leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout facilities regularly
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment, noise, and operational environments
  • Occasional responsiveness outside normal business hours for operational support
