What You’ll Do
- Prepare and stage finished goods for shipment
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping paperwork
- Load trailers safely and efficiently
- Generate and process shipping documents in the ERP system
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with production and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or shipping experience preferred
- Ability to read work orders and shipping documents
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math (including fractions)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable and team-oriented
