RFP Operator (Roll Form Punch) - Manufacturing
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19/hour + $2 night differential
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Overtime: Occasional Fridays as business needs require

What You’ll Do
- Operate and support the RFP / roll forming machine
- Set up equipment according to Manufacturing Orders (MO’s) and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality
- Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers as needed)
- Handle material safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or roll forming experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and operation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Forklift or crane experience preferred (or willingness to train)
Work Environment
- Hands-on manufacturing setting
- Standing and moving throughout the shift
- Working with steel, machinery, and formed metal products
