What You'll Do
- Perform final inspections on completed products before they leave the facility
- Verify shipments match customer orders and work orders
- Audit loaded trucks, trailers, and staged inventory for accuracy
- Capture and upload photos for shipment documentation
- Identify and document quality concerns, damage, or discrepancies
- Communicate findings with shipping, production, and leadership teams
- Help ensure customers receive the correct products every time
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on quality issues to resolution
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or quality experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to quality
