Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $19 per hour + Night shift differential
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am
Overtime as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Overtime Eligible)

Qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Operate the Webb roller machine to form metal components
- Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and specifications are met
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred (rolling/forming experience a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately read a tape measure
- Basic math skills (including fractions)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable and team-oriented
